6 WEEK ONLINE RETURN TO EXERCISE POSTPARTUM PROGRAM
My 6 week return to exercise postpartum program is designed using the principals of progressive overload to get you moving postpartum. It is completely self paced and can be started anytime after 6 weeks.
•3 workouts a week. Starting with basic core/ pelvic floor and breathing exercises and progressing from there. Each week builds off the last.
•Can be done in the comfort of your own home and modified based on your symptoms and what equipment you have.
•Tier 2 is on an interactive program for extra accountability and coaching feedback.
